You can include a screenshot if helpful. Remove private notes or other personal information first. Never send your Apple password or payment card details.
Common questions
Will I lose my notes if my subscription expires?
No. Subscription expiry does not delete notes or bookmarks from your device. Renewing access on the same installation makes those records accessible again. Avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting.
I subscribed, but the app asks me to subscribe again.
Connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Check that the subscription is active in Apple Settings. If access still does not return, email support with your Support ID.
Can Restore Purchases bring back my notes?
Restore Purchases restores subscription access. It does not retrieve notes or bookmarks lost after deleting the app, clearing its data, or changing devices. The app does not provide cloud study sync.
How do I cancel the trial or subscription?
Open Apple subscriptions, select KJV Scroll Bible, and follow the cancellation steps. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or subscription period ends to avoid the next charge. Removing the app does not cancel billing.
Why isn't a definition or cross-reference loading?
The modern dictionary and online cross-references require internet. Check your connection and try again later if the provider is unavailable. Bundled Scripture and study tools remain available while your verified subscription access is active.
Where can I request a refund?
Apple handles iPhone purchase refunds. Submit your request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
